First thing you should be aware of is that we do not start any Joomla! website development project until the initial down payment is received, and that is basically where we start our clock even though there is pre-development tasks that we do before that payment is made. We obviously cannot tell you here exactly how long your project will take. However, our experience is that about 80% of the jobs we do only take about 5-7 days. But no matter the size of your project we need some specific information from you to make sure there are no delays. This information includes:
If we have these three important elements before we begin work, everything is smooth sailing and you can be using your site in no time (figuratively speaking).
There was one case where a huge site took 4 months, but it was for a government entity (need we say more?). And other times we have done very simple sites that were done in 2 days. One other noticeable change in time frames would be any website development job that was to be an ecommerce solution. That type of website needs to be on a secure website, with an unique IP address under a verified certificate. This is obviously more involved and will take longer to complete.
