I have always done my own site designs and thought I was fairly good at it. The issue became that I only new basic HTML and added functionality was something I just could not do. When I found Joomla Crafters I talked with my developer for a solid 2 hours on the phone about what I wanted. Of course, at first I acted like I knew something and he let me talk. but once I started to listen I realized that there was some wonderful advancements in developing websites and that I was about 5 years behind it all... at least!

It is so much easier to maintain my site now with this content management system in place. I and my business partner could not be happier.

Not long after opening my first business I realized that I needed to get some kind of simple website up. All I wanted was a couple of pages with enough information to make customers come to my new shop. Well I got what I want plus a whole lot more. Every time I went to look at the progress of my site there was more being added. I told my developer that I was unsure if I was able to afford all he was doing, but he told me that the package I signed up for included all he was doing. He knew I did not give him much to work with so he researched other sites similar to mine all on his own and began including some unique ideas to my site based on what he found. He said "I simply want you to get what you paid for." I could have never imagined the service I received.

 ...and yes, customers actually tell me now that they came to me because they saw my site.

2 days is how long for them to get my 11 page site up, working and ready for my viewers. When they called me, I assumed it was for new information or a progress report. My jaw dropped when they said check it out. I did not even need to have them change anything. I know that not everybody will be this lucky (my site was fairly simple), but I was highly impressed.
